CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At La Jolie Esthétique, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following: ⏳ Cancellation Notice • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost. 🚫 No-Show Policy • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 30% of the service cost. 💳 Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the service cost is required to secure your appointment. • This deposit will be applied toward your total on the day of your service. 📌 Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and the 30% cancellation fee may apply.
